Strawberry Tomato Gazpacho

2 cups Frozen Strawberries
1 cup Garden Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Hothouse Cucumber, chopped
1 Red Serrano Pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 Red Pepper
1 Lime, juiced
2 tablespoons Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
