Cucumber, Avocado & Feta Salad
1 large Seedless Cucumber, chopped
3 large Avocados, pit removed and chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/3 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped Fresh Dill
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, feta, and dill. Gently stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Serve.
